The Best Friends Forever Ring is made of 100% pure copper metal, and plated with 18K gold.
It contains no metal alloys, and is completely nickel free.

If you happen to place an order from a country that is out of our normal shipping range, we will send you an email before we ship your order notifying you if there is longer than usual shipping time.
You will then have the opportunity to change your address, or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
According to our data analysis, we promise your order will be delivered to you in about 7-15 business days after shipment. We will try our best to help you get your order as soon as possible. For custom products we may need an additional 24-48 hours to process your order. Thank you for your understanding.

We offer free standard shipping when your order is over $38.99 USD.
For non-custom products, we provide a 30-day return policy after you receive the products. All exchanges and returns must be clean and undamaged (no pet hair, stains, etc.) and, when possible, returned in original packaging. Items may be exchanged up to 2 times. Items returned in questionable condition are subject to restocking fees. Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of being received.
